On behalf of our multinational partner who is dealing with international sales and distribution of health products we are looking for a candidate to be Vietnamese Speaking Customer Support representative.

Primary Responsibilities:

• incoming and outgoing calls and e-mails: respond to inquiries and resolve problems
• liaising with Vietnamese speaking distributors and customers: providing help and information, problem solving
• liaising with warehouse and suppliers
• handling complaints, reclamations
