We are looking for a talented candidate who is experienced in the field of Retail Marketing.

In this position your main goal is to drive profitably sales & market shares of the company's brands by planning solution for the Retail Environment in Hungary based on the marketing plans.

Tasks:

• Plan, adopt and execute promotional calendar,
• Create, adapt and execute local marketing activities focusing on KPIs and ROI,
• Understand customer needs and reflect back continuously in future plans and activities,
• Competitor & market monitoring (prices, feed-backs, changes, trends),
• Create incentive and motivation programmes to achieve sell out targets,
• Working collaboratively with marketing communication, business development and

sales to ensure integration in all actions taken,

• Budgeting: budget planning, handling and follow up.
