On behalf of our partner in Budapest, we are looking for a Sales specialist.

The role’s primary responsibilities are:

  • Support Retail in yearly defining the shop country strategy in alignment with the overall strategy
  • Support Retail in preparing yearly budget
  • Monitor rotation of the articles and acts for improving it
  • Define, analyze and optimize assortment in shop
  • Prepare negotiations with suppliers
  • Negotiate for improvements on existing and new products
  • Negotiate with suppliers about commercial and legal terms
  • Define promotions in close alignment with local Marketing/Department Manager Convenience Retail
  • Manage implementation of promotions
  • Evaluate monthly performance/KPIs and track weekly sales figures
  • Analyze divergences
  • Regularly check for competitors offering and trends
  • Search for new requests from customers
  • Serve as contact person and report arising problems
  • Administrate inventory management
  • Organize inventory at least once per year


  • University Education – min. Bachelor, Economics preferred
  • 2-3 years in Retail or consumer goods experience is preferred
  • Experience in product management, marketing and category management preferred
  • Computer skills: SAP, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point
  • Communication, organizational and negotiating skills
  • Fluent English
  • Driving license
