Our partner is a highly prestigious multinational company in the field of strategic consulting. There is an opportunity to join the team as a RECEPTIONIST.

As a receptionist you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Greet visitors and clients
  • Manage incoming calls and e-mails, mails and delivery
  • Placement of orders (e.g., for office supplies)
  • Coordinate, monitor and manage room bookings
  • Daily task management to ensure general office appearance is kept to a high standard
  • Performing administrative tasks as required

What kind of candidates are they looking for?

  • Minimum Secondary School
  • Have 1-3 year experience in a similar role
  • Competent and professional communication in Hungarian and English (written and verbal too)
  • Be a highly organized person with a proactive approachable and friendly manner
  • Practicality and solution-orientation with high affinity towards technical issues
  • Very high flexibility, dependability, and ability to perform under pressure
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel
