The Test Lead is responsible for leading a team of testers in developing, executing and maintaining a comprehensive set of test cases to ensure the highest quality of our products. The ideal candidate is a highly organized individual with excellent leadership and problem-solving skills.

• Lead and manage a team of software testers to ensure the quality of products
• Develop, implement and maintain a comprehensive test plan and strategy that covers all aspects of the product
• Ensure that testing is conducted in a timely and efficient manner and that all bugs are identified and resolved
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that testing is integrated into the development process and that all defects are tracked and reported
• Develop, implement and maintain test cases, test scripts and other testing documentation
