We are looking for a Subject Matter Exper for our multinational client's Payroll Team in Budapest The team is responsible for managing 30 countries’ payroll processes.

Main responsibilites include:

  • Process monthly payroll runs
  • Review all investigations and corrections associated with payroll data
  • Create payroll related reports to internal and external parties
  • Support payroll managers in case of audit requests
  • Ensure that process documentations (desktop procedures, process maps) are up-to-date
  • Act as subject matter expert in relation to payroll processes
  • 2-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent research and investigative skills
  • Ability to plan, organize and schedule duties to meet payroll processing deadlines
