On behalf of our partner in Budapest, we are looking for an Operations Project Manager.

The role’s primary responsibilities are:

­ Managing mid and long term group operation related cross functional transformation and innovation projects thereby establishing and leading teams assembled as per the needs of the particular projects, setting up working groups tailored to the projects

­ Coordinate the execution of approved Central Operation Projects

­ Arranging meetings as necessary to achieve Central Operation Project development

­ Ensuring intra and cross department coordination as necessary for Central Operation Project development

­ Support and maintain the highest degree of standardization among approved Central Operation Projects, their project status reporting and project execution methodologies

­ Periodically report ongoing Central Operation Projects status under her/his responsibility and their results

­ Attend to periodic Project Committee meetings

­ Ensure Central Operation Projects project closure reporting, comparing expected project goals (planned budget, timeline, forecasted savings, success KPIs, etc…) with actual results and materialized benefit in order to enhance planning and project execution

­ Develop and maintain internal Project management platform
