On behalf of our amazing, new partner in Hungary we are looking for an Operations Manager with experience in managing or owning coffee shop.

We are looking for someone with passion, plenty of energy and determination in order to drive great results and performance.

You will be in charge of managing and operating the FIRST store!

Responsibilities:

• Efficient management of the store operation, ensuring to deliver the best coffee experience to the customers
• Make sure the store is clean and tidy
• Plan and coordinate weekly, rotas, shifts and staff holidays (make sure the store is properly staffed during opening hours)
• Maintaining and enforcing franchise quality standards
• Conducting trainings, support and motivate the team
• Maintaining contacts with foreign partners
• Driving sales growth
• Work closely with the back office team regarding administrative and financial matters
• Being responsible for overseeing the quality of coffee brewed daily and upholding the strict standards of the brand at all times
