We are looking for an Office manager on behalf of our partner (in Fót) who is a plastic welding machine and automotive interior parts lamination machines manufacturer!  

The role’s primary responsibilities are:

  • Coordination of the administration to make sure the office runs smoothly
  • Purchase office tools and kitchen supplies
  • Participation in legally required events/trainings such as first aid training, management of occupational health and safety in the company
  • Processing incoming invoices (checking, paying, scanning and forwarding to tax accountant at the end of the month)
  • Preparing the business result and reporting to the parent company
  • Regular contact with tax advisor, the parent company and the subsidiary company
  • Budget planning
  • Planning office events

Required skills and competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills written and verbal in English
  • Chinese or German knowledge are advantage
  • Min. 3 years of experience in relevant position
  • Knowledge about financial tasks and imports/exports
  • Independent, proactive, careful personality
