Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for license management and related process
• Ensure sustainable internal controlling system of all license management processes and legal / commercial regulations
• Create and maintain software asset information, including Software Models, Software Contracts and Software Entitlements and Software Allocations
• Perform software compliance reports for different software vendors
• Synchronize product- and technology structure with the AZ Group IT strategy
• Ensure policies, governance compliance and risk management
• Ensure legal and commercial regularity in administration of software license management
• Being a voice of License Management to the rest of the organization to ensure the technical and business relationship continuity
• Support SW-negotiations from legal perspective of T&Cs for license metrics, audit clauses etc.
• Manage reporting system, audits, SW-balance sheet, support internal and external audits
