We are looking for an enthusiastic and agile candidate to the position of IT Infrastructure Service Assistant to a team of 3 people.

Responsibilities:

  • User creation, password reset in AD
  • Handling e-mails, incident- and request tickets
  • Ticket creation, monitoring, forwarding in Remedy and Service Now
  • Patching Network Cables
  • Handling mail system problems
  • Local: desktop support
Követelmények

Requirements:

  • Have at least 2 years of relevant experience
  • ITIL processes knowledge
  • Fluent communication in English (German is nice to have)
  • Experience with ticketing system
  • Basic Windows desktop OS administration
