What you will be doing:

• As part of the Internal Control System team you will responsible for: carry out various checks in accordance with the requirements of the directives and documents all results in accordance with the ICS principles.
• In case of deviations, monitor the implementation of the measures with measure tracing and using the ‘COMFORT-ICS’ computer system.
• Give professional consulting for the concerned area/department.
• Development and implementation of ICS design based on consultation with specific local process owners.
• Preparation of ICS risk analysis.
• Continuous improvement of the ICS team and processes.
• Participation/support in preparation, planning and monitoring of budget.
• Optimize and further develop the implementation of controlled and improved processes.
• Professional support of employees, use leadership tools to develop, train, and mentor employees.
