We have an amazing opportunity for YOU, if you're specialized in HR and you have already gained some experience in the following tasks:

  • Contact for management on all HR-relevant topics
  • Support of employees in from onboarding to resignation interview
  • Support of the departments in all labour law issues
  • Supervision of the departments on payroll accounting topics
  • Participation in the implementation of performance and salary processes
  • Close cooperation with the Head of HR concerning the further development of HR processes / strategy
  • Close cooperation with the HQ Recruiting & Employer Branding Professional
  • Participation in cost planning (budgeting)
  • Handling of personnel development topics

What you need:

  • Good knowledge of Hungarian labour law
  • Knowledge of payroll accounting
  • Very good knowledge of MS-Office
  • Very good English skills (min. B2)
  • High customer orientation

  • High service orientation
  • Very high social competence
  • High level of empathy
  • Experienced in handling confidential data
