Our multinational partner with an information technology background is expanding its team with an Order Manager (French) (2 years). This is a good opportunity for career entrants as well or for someone who is looking for a part-time job with French skills!

You will be responsible for:

• Dispatch and follow up of service request with appropriate information (service type, SLA, customer data, price...)
• Ensure that this activity is performed on a timely manner with accurate data

Team is responsible for validating consistency of data and chasing partner when information is inaccurate, incomplete or not on time for each transaction

• Service request (work order) closure enables payment of partners and data for reporting purposes
• Ensure right communication with customer and partner for all service actions (work orders)...
