Our multinational client operating in the field of customer service is looking for candidates with Finnish and English language skills.

Your tasks will be:

  • Answering customer inquiries in Finnish and English language
  • Assisting customers via email, telephone or chat
  • Providing information, help and guidance to customers
  • Cooperation with internal team to resolve complex cutomer issues
  • Document customer inquiries in database
Követelmények
