Our client is an international chemical company. They are looking for motivated, career-focused personality with positive, can-do attitude in the Customer Care and Order Specialist position.

The Specialist is the first point of contact of Customers on daily basis, and is responsible for delivering excellent customer service ensuring the smooth flow of Order to Cash processes, meeting business targets, controlling the end-to-end follow up of dedicated Customer's.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of Customers
  • Strengthen relationship with Key Accounts
  • Proactively provide the information/support to Customers
  • Administrative interface with Customer and Commercial team
  • Analysis of sales and master data

What makes you the best candidate:

  • Fluent English language knowledge
  • Fluent Serbian OR Croatian language knowledge
  • Excellent communication, strong analytical, planning and decision-making skills
  • Customer focused attitude
  • SAP and Salesforce system user level experience is an advantage
  • Excel knowledge is and advantage
