We develop and deploy systematic financial strategies across a broad range of asset classes and global markets. We seek to produce high-quality predictive signals (alphas) through our proprietary research platform to employ financial strategies focused on exploiting market inefficiencies. Our teams work collaboratively to drive the production of alphas and financial strategies – the foundation of a balanced, global investment platform.

Technologists research, design, code, test and deploy projects while working collaboratively with researchers and portfolio managers. Our environment is relaxed yet intellectually driven. Our teams are lean and agile, which means rapid prototyping of products with immediate user feedback. The Role: We are seek

The Role: We are seeking an exceptionally talented Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to join the group responsible for part of our existing AWS infrastructure.

  • Engineer with a great communication skills and a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Work with the current team to take over an existing AWS property
  • Work with development teams to produce a highly reactive CI/CD -> Infrastructure pipeline
Követelmények

Deep understanding of AWS at all levels (EC2, IAM, ElastricSearch, Aurora, VPC, SQS etc)

  • Solid understanding of Linux
  • Expert in infrastructure as a code and related tools as Terraform (strongly preferred), Ansible, Packer
  • Solid knowledge around containers (Docker, Podman, LXC)
  • Experience with CI/CD, GitLab (preferred), GitHub or Git (including runners)
  • Experience with operating open source products for example Apache, NGINX, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Sentry, ELK.
  • Excellent coding skills, solid understanding of the Python ecosystem.
  • Ability to direct work of other junior members.
  • Understanding of all of the above with regard to scale, security and reliability
