We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our global partner’s team, a dominant facilitator of export-import activities worldwide. The company operates in numerous diverse industries and business sectors including energy, food industry, infrastructure development and many other fields.

Main tasks:

  • Perform comprehensive market research to identify new markets and new customers
  • Coordinate and schedule business meetings with potential clients
  • Effectively showcase the company's services to address and anticipate client objectives.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Collaborate in devising innovative business models tailored to meet customer requirements
  • Expand the scope of these activities to encompass additional Central and Eastern European (CEE) countries
  • Create engaging and informative presentations
  • Generate detailed and insightful reports


  • You will have experience in business-to-business sales in energy, energy solution, mobility, sustainable food
  • Driving license
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Self-motivated, positive attitude, strong willingness to continuously learn and improve
  • Independent and proactive approach
  • Highly skilled in negotiation and sales techniques
