They are looking for an enthusiastic, pro-active and dynamic candidate for a Portuguese speaking Customer Service Agent's role, located in Budapest serving one of their key clients on a day-to-day basis.

Your responsibilities will be:

• Manage customer requests received mainly online, but sometimes bye phone.
• Ensure requests are fully understood and key information provided
• Follow defined procedures to provide first line troubleshooting service to help resolve customer requests
• Dispatch work orders to Regional management team, nominated suppliers or landlord based on defined business rules and manage work flow through to request completion
• Review work order status against defined service levels and expedite or escalate overdue jobs as required
• Provide timely feedback to customers on work order status
• Provide reports and management information on status of reactive and planned work orders
