Your tasks will be:

• Support clients throughout the full cycle of order management process - including administrative, quotation and order fulfillment phases
• Take the lead on new assignments and projects
• Manage the process for escalated enquiries and complex customer requirements
• Provide expertise, guidance and support to colleagues
• Develop and deliver training and materials to support departmental needs
• Support the management in order to increase productivity and business performance
