Our multinational partner with an information technology background is expanding its team with a Work Order Manager. This is a good opportunity for career entrants as well!
You will be responsible for:
- Dispatch and follow up of service request with appropriate information (service type, SLA, customer data, price...)
- Ensure that this activity is performed on a timely manner with accurate data
Team is responsible for validating consistency of data and chasing partner when information is inaccurate, incomplete or not on time for each transaction
- Service request (work order) closure enables payment of partners and data for reporting purposes
- Determine customer action plan when required (parts missing, technician unavailable…) and according to customer type (key account, MPS, SMB...)
- Analysis can be segmented between Key accounts and others
- Ensure right communication with customer and partner for all service actions (work orders)
- Manage service-related customer claims. When customer sends a formal complaint, this should be documented and CDM team is responsible to analyze and provide solution or answer to customer
- Participate to resolution of issues and design of improvement plans with partners, country, call center, vendor managers, hardware specialists...
