Job description

International trading company involved in paper industry is looking for its English and Turkish speaking Customer Service Representative in the small and friendly CEE team.

The main tasks involve:

  • Order management and Account Development: Manage the inquiry to invoice process
  • Develop relationship with customers trough compentence framework
  • Use CRM to gain knowledge of customer business and document insights
  • Make service interactions as effortless as possible
  • Identify issues and solve them, guide customers to a solution
  • Proactive communications with all stakeholders
  • Create, update and follow up on new business information in CRM
  • Occasional customer visits
Requirements
  • Fluency in English and Tukish both written and verbal
  • Excellent communication and problem solving skills
  • Independent, open personality
  • Ability to prioritise
  • Attention to detail, preciseness
