Job description

Multinational FMCG company holding strong position in the global and local market has an open position for an experienced Trade Marketing Manager.

This position requires an enthusiastic individual with a strong sense of responsibility, excellent analytical as well as interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and with absolute identification with the products.

The responsibilities based on three main scope of duties: Category management; Local Commercial Activation and Budgeting:

  • Define Category and Retail Environment strategy
  • Cooperation with Consumer Marketing, agreeing annual activity grid and budget by category and shopper activities
  • Activates Category growth drivers and shopper marketing programs
  • Implement brand activation
  • Prepare presentations and tools (5P; trade stories)
  • Proposes local market prices based on price strategy guidelines and local competitive pricing
  • Responsible for conducting pre – and post-analyses of promotions
  • Regular trade visits
  • Support the area of in-store management
  • Delivers budgeted Category & Brand Market Share, Net Sales & Operating Profit
  • Coordinates overall Margin growth
  • Approximately 3 years marketing experience within FMCG industry, experience in Trade Marketing and Category Management
  • Minimum of BA degree, preferably Marketing or Business
  • Fluency in English
  • Advanced MS Excel
  • Analytical skills;
  • Positive mindset, hard-working;
  • Innovative and proactive;
  • Able to set up priorities, has good time management skills;
