Our multinational client who is providing world class financial services is expanding their team with a Teller. Their coworkers are experts in the products they offer and the clients they serve.
The person who is suitable for this role is detail-oriented individual who value forming relationships and is comfortable interacting with customers to identify ways to serve them better.
This Teller position is part of their banking department acting as the first line between the head office and customers.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine tasks: including making deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash advances, receiving loan payments, and cashing checks, currency exchange.
- Providing information regarding interest rates, service charges, account histories etc.
- Administrative duties such as documentation all required transactions in the log book; preparing reports for supervisory review
- Reporting to the treasury department: found position for large amount of transactions special interest, exchange rate.
- Comply and stay up-to-date with applicable laws and regulations
- Demonstrate good risk management decisions, participating in AML and fraud prevention
- Promote strong customer and client interactions, build relationships
