Main Responsibilities:
- Disciplinary and professional management, organization and coordination of your team and their tasks
- First point of contact for all content-related questions from the customer side, including further development and coaching
- Planning, management and control of your area (including operational planning, approval of vacation)
- Ensuring compliance with legal, collective bargaining, company regulations, various processes and service management
- Takeover of operative tasks in IT project and IT service management as well as the identification and implementation of process optimization measures
- You will lead the System and Operations team in coordination with the division management in organizational, technical and disciplinary terms and develop it further
- Developing and maintaining effective collaborative relationships with other departments, groups, colleagues and customers (corporate, security, infrastructure)
- You drive the DevOps transformation technologically, organizationally and procedurally. In doing so, you evaluate potential for automation, cloud migration and cost savings and exploit them together with your team
- Working in partnership with the Product Owners to align the roadmap with the Allianz Group's technical design and IT strategy
- Promoting the digital transformation of the Allianz Group in a community-based approach
- You plan and organize the operation and further development of the system and the development platform with its development environments
- You and your team provide quality gates as well as automated quality tests (e.g. static code analysis) to ensure consistent and increasing quality
- You support your team in creating the design and implementing scalable cloud-native solutions according to DevOps principles
- Monitoring and maintenance of the technology operation to ensure the best possible availability
- Capacity planning to ensure efficient system operation, service continuity and minimization of downtime of all systems and equipment
