Job description

We are looking for new colleagues in a growing team of Service Coordinators. The team is part of a multinational company, and they support coworkers in Europe in technical issues.

Your tasks will be:

  • Answer phone calls and emails from Czech and Slovak coworkers
  • Assess and troubleshoot technical and maintenance issues
  • Get in touch with Service Technicians if necessary, and organize their activities to resolve the issues
  • Dispatching Technicians to the clients, and provide guidance to them
  • Coordinate technical services until issues are resolved

What makes you a great fit:

  • Advanced Czech or Slovak language knowledge
  • At least intermediate English knowledge
  • Good communication and organizing skills
  • Experience in Cutomer Service is and advantage, but not necessary
  • Familiar with MS Office tools
