They are looking for enthusiastic professionals with life science background to join the Technical Support Team in Budapest.

Your tasks will be:

  • Provide professional support in connection with laboratory devices and services used in life science research areas
  • Answer incoming calls and emails from customers
  • Help customers with technical inquiries, product issues and complaints
  • Use required computer systems and databases to ensure a professional customer support
  • Escalate issues when needed
  • Work in a team to develop company databases and assess customer needs

What makes you the best candidate:

  • BSc or MSc degree or equivalent knowledge in a life science field
  • Fluency in English and ONE of the following languages: German/French/Polish
  • Good communication skills
  • Laboratory experience is an advantage
  • Customer Service experience is an advantage
