Our multinational company in pharmaceuticals sector is expanding its team with a Talent Acquisition Team Leader. As Team Lead you will lead a tem of Tier 1 TA Specialist and together with the team you will provide service and support in Recruitment and Talent Acquisition.

The main tasks involve:

• leading a team of 13 TA Specialists
• building an engaging culture both attract and retain top talent
• coaching and supporting team members regarding their individual development
• ensuring full ownership and leadershio of incoming requests, solution implementation
• engaging stakeholders and engaging high customer satisfaction through understanding of business requirements
