Job description

We are looking for German-speakers to join a dynamically growing Business Support Center in Budapest.

You will be responsible for:

  • Timely and accurate scheduling of product movements and ensure end to end flawless execution.
  • Key interface between refineries, terminal locations, account managers and controllers department
  • Daily verification of control check points and follow-up on discrepancies to resolve operational issues.
  • Drive digitalization and automation projects to enhance efficiencies and excellence.
  • Facilitating and actively participate with the setup of new business scenarios.
Requirements
  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree preferably in the field of logistics, or economics
  • Professional proficiency in English and fluency in German
  • Experience in a multinational environment in an advantage
  • Logistics / scheduling experience is required
  • Completed Bachelor’s or Master's degree
  • Excellent problem solving and prioritization skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
