The role’s primary responsibilities are:

Maximizing store sales by supporting commercial thinking in the team
Managing a team of Managers: coordinating their work, motivating and providing development opportunities (100-200 people)
Monitoring and analyzing competition activity
Analyzing sales indicators and recommending actions to improve them
Managing the day-to-day operation of the store to provide our customers with an amazing shopping experience
Inventory management to minimize costs

Requirements

Required skills and competencies:

Excellent communication skills verbal and written form in English
Min. 3 years of experience in a position with a similar scope of tasks in a rapidly changing, dynamic environment (Retail industry preferred)
Experience in managing, motivating and developing a team of Managers
Independence, good organization of work and the ability to set priorities
Highly developed analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data
Proactivity and focus on achieving goals, great problem-solving skills
