Job description

We are looking for a Component planning & replenishment Coordinator who is experienced in the Logistics for our multinational partner with an information technology background.


  • Implement strong control and efficient process for reservation order management (Spare Parts and Supplies)
  • Analyze inventory, incoming supply, service and MPS past demand and recommend safety stock level for constraint part numbers
  • Monitor customer down process for spare parts, secure KPI is on target level
  • Analyze spare parts inventory, propose scrap for low runners and EOPS parts
  • Contribute to creating Outlook and Plan for parts inventory
  • Contribute to inventory improvement action plans
  • Analyze and improve parts reuse rate, by monitoring new buy versus repaired/dismantled parts.
  • Ensure parts availability
  • Build out good relationship with your WW counterpart to coordinate the portfolio you assigned to the most effectively
  • Translate the monthly forecast into an ocean container planning outlook as an input for cost outlooks by finance
  • Minimum of 3 years Supply Chain, Planning experience in an international environment (Supply Chain experience in SSC field is a plus)
  • Excellent level in English
