Job description

We are looking for Spanish speaking candidates for a complex business support role at our multinational partner that is present in information technology.


  • Maintain customer data in database
  • Receive purchase orders from customers
  • Ensure that the orders are complete for registration and billing
  • Analyze and validate completeness and accuracy of information
  • Communicate with the customer if information is incomplete
  • Liaise with internal departments (Sales, Customer Service) to verify information
  • Register warranties, work together with Customer Service teams to document warranty issues
  • Gather information and validate quotation for customer orders
  • Validate and document billing process after completed services
  • University degree
  • This is an career entrant position but if you have 1-2 years of experience in services, post-sales activities, contract administration or order management is a huge plus
  • Fluent English, Hungarian and Spanish knowledge
