You will be responsible for:

  • Manage the Order To Cash Customer Service processes
  • Handle customer requests, order entry and order follow up in a high level.
  • Inform the customer about product availability, delivery dates.
  • Provide support to customers who require guidance regarding their issues and quiries related to orders and deliveries.
  • Maintain outstanding customer relationships

  • Fluency in English AND Spanish
  • 0-2 years relevant experience within SSC finance environment
  • College degree
