This is a temporary position for 6 months with remote working.

Your tasks will be:

  • Entering order and contract related transactions and managing exceptions
  • Running reports in order to ensure all invoices are sent out, asset depreciation for the equipment on loan started on time and errors are corrected
  • Keeping contact with internal divisions
  • Meeting daily data entry deadlines
  • Fluency in English and Spanish
  • Experience in a customer service/administrative role
  • SAP experience
  • Order to cash experience and/or finance experience is a big advantage
