We are searching for a new SOX Specialist for our highly prestigious partner company which innovates specialty chemicals and materials, while providing innovative solutions across the world. They are operating with more than 100 people in Hungary for more than 19 years, and now, they are building up their SSC with value-added processes.

Your tasks will be:

• Coordinate internal and external audits involving for the supported businesses
• Manage the monitoring of preparation of the controls
• Follow up ineffective controls with the respective functions to have remediation in place
• Formalize and maintain the structure of authorization/financial delegation
• Act as a key contact to the supported businesses, provide active support to different areas for design local procedures to ensure compliance with all relevant internal requirements
• Take part of the transition projects involving various aspects of controls, ensuring there is clear governance and communication between all parties
• Support Accounting Department in ad hoc tasks.
• Support the Head of SSC ensuring compliance of all assigned countries with accounting policies and internal controls
