On behalf of our multinational partner who is dealing with international sales and distribution of health products we are looking for a Slovak speaking candidate to join the Customer Service Team.

Your tasks will be:

• Handling incoming and outgoing calls and e-mails
• Liaising with Slovak speaking customers: providing help and information, problem solving
• Entering, forwarding and following up customer orders
• Liaising with warehouse and suppliers
• Resolves problems and troubleshoots issues
