Our multinational partner with an information technology background is expanding its team with a Service Request Manager.

You will be responsible for:

  • Dispatch and follow up of service request with appropriate information
  • Manage high volume of simple or complex customer requests
  • Work together with internal teams (commercial or business management)
  • Update operational inventory with commercial data and customer order information
  • Verify customer requirements and obtain appropriate pricing for the required services
  • Ensure accurate and on-time work order status
  • Ensure right communication with customer and partner for all service actions
  • College or University degree
  • Fluent English and German language knowledge
  • 1-2 years experience in multinational environment, services, contract administration, order management or other customer services
  • Advanced level of MS Excel
  • Well-organized, structured personality
  • Team-player attitude
  • Good communicational skills
