Job description

Our international partner has a significant role in the insurance sector all over the world. It's registered office is in Munich and they are currently expanding their Global Data Model team in Budapest. They offer top-quality products and services in the fields of IT Services and Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform service controlling (P&L)
  • Plan and setup the software as a service concept for a globally available service
  • Initiating planning and set up of new service components
  • Maintain service related documentation according with company standards (with Confluence, Jira, SNOW)
  • Monitoring and SLA Management
  • Document, maintain and optimize processes and configurations related to the environments
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders in development, architecture, rollout and operations teams as well as with customers for releases/upgrades/changes
  • Manage and support service related risk assessments and audits

Key requirements:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in project management
  • At least 4 years’ experience in operating infrastructure and application management
  • Solid understanding of Infrastructure architecture
  • ITIL knowledge
  • Experience with software as a service concept
  • Advanced English is a must
  • Excellent communication skills with high customer focus
  • Strong conflict resolution skills, resilience
  • Desirable: database knowledge
  • Desirable: Experience in BI Project Management and Service delivery management
