Job description

Our multinational client operating in the field of customer service is looking for candidates with German and English language skills.

Your tasks will be:

Assisting customers in user-level IT issues
Receiving inquiries via phone from German and English speaking customers
Providing information, help and guidance to customers
Cooperation with internal team to resolve complex cutomer issues
Document customer inquiries in databases

Requirements

What makes you the best candidate:

Fluent German AND English language skills
Excellent communication (writing and speaking) and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented attitude
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
Basic computer knowledge is a huge advantage
