Job description

Our international partner is a global financial provider, who delivers a broad range of solutions for their clients. They are looking for a specialist who is experienced in L1 support.

The new team member will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • supporting end users (respond to IT requests from emails, calls)
  • log and assign IT Requests in ticketing system
  • perform troubleshooting
  • support applications
  • provide PC installation and configuration tasks
Requirements
  • 2 years experience in computer related support
  • fluent english knowledge
  • experience with configuring, supporting any version of Windows Desktop
