Job description

Our multinational partner with an information technology background is expanding its team with a German speaking Service Center Agent.

You will be responsible for:

  • Manage Channel Partner claims following the step by step process
  • Ensure timely response of the incoming email
  • Participate in resolution of issues and design of improvement plans with partners
  • Ensure timely claim closure, proper completion of the service debrief
  • Report any technical issues in Partner Protal to the responsible Key User
  • Ensure a proper costumer install base maintenance in cooperation with the responsible Service Contracts Team
  • Support partners in question related to administrative processes
  • Ensure the Claim exceptions to be handled before the logistics partners cut off time
  • College or University degree
  • Fluent English and German language knowledge
  • 1-2 years experience in multinational environment, services, contract administration, order management or other customer services
  • Advanced level of MS Excel
  • Well-organized, structured personality
  • Team-player attitude
  • Good communicational skills
