• Analysis can be segmented between Key accounts and others
• Dispatch and follow up of service request with appropriate information
• Ensure accurate and on-time work order status
• Responsible for validating consistency of data and chasing partner when information is inaccurate, incomplete or not on time for each transaction
• Responsible to escalate when data timeliness and quality from partners is not good, transaction by transaction with partner
• Depending on status and progress, the team will validate with partner, determine if and how service can be delivered on-time, will interface with other functions to validate solution
