Your tasks will be:

 Being integral part of the highly motivated EMEA tax team

 Supporting EMEA Tax Director with all corporate income tax matters (incl. tax reporting, planning and compliance)

 Assisting possible tax audits upon necessity

 Managing tax reconciliation process (incl. provision to return analysis), and quarterly tax reviews with the US Corporate

 Leading M&A integration projects from the tax perspective, providing tax advice on M&A transactions to cross-divisional teams

 Prepare tax/financial modeling, tax forecasts, asset valuation analysis, exit charge calculations etc.

 Supporting with international transfer pricing matters in the EMEA region (transfer pricing documentation, calculation, and reporting)

 Leading tax optimization projects and initiatives
