Job description

As a Senior Reward Specialist, your role is to create and manage compensation and benefit programs and help drive positive changes. Your expertise will ensure that our employees' compensation and benefits are competitive, supportive, and in line with the company's values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement compensation and benefit programs for the Hungarian SSC
  • Analyze market data and global pay standards to develop salary ranges for Hungary and occasionally other locations
  • Evaluate job levels and pricing based on global grading methods
  • Plan, manage, and oversee local benefit strategies, administration, compliance, and relationships with vendors
  • Monitor Hungary's benefits landscape and the framework for managing benefits
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices through HR networks and compensation & benefits forums
  • Lead or participate in projects that aim to improve global reward programs

You are a great fit if you have:

  • Min. 1-2 years of experience in managing reward/compensation and benefit processes
  • Strong knowledge of local market data sources and benchmarking
  • Strong problem-solving skills, data interpretation, and decision-making ability
  • Fluent English proficiency to effectively communicate and collaborate with global teams
