Your tasks:
- Build long-term relationships with talented people and guide them through the recruitment process
- Develop and implement innovative sourcing solutions to ensure a sufficient pipeline of candidate
- Give our candidates a nice experience, even if they weren’t successful, and build a strong talent network
- Define the best way of sourcing (with the help of your talent sourcer teammates) to attract the best talents from around Hungary
- Partner with our hiring teams to support them through their hiring initiatives including on-boarding, talent mapping, salary benchmarking
- Track and report your recruitment activity and measure efficiency
