Job description

GRAFTON is looking for a TALENTED RECRUITMENT or SENIOR IT RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT for our IT division. If you want to become a member of a professional, cheerful and high performing team you should apply!

Your tasks will be:

  • Recruiting talents to our highly prestigious, multinational and national clients in various fields like software development, software testing, Project management etc.
  • Conducting interviews
  • Besides the Sourcer support, working on end-to-end projects
  • Candidate and Client management
Requirements

YOU are the ideal candidate, if you have:

  • University/ College degree
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant recruitment experience
  • Self-confident English knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Sales acumen
  • Strong negotiation and organizational skills
  • Enthusiastic, all-round and positive personality
  • Flexibility, empathy, pro-activeness
  • IT market overview
