- 10+ years’ sales or market exploitation experience in BSS, Charging & Billing system and Contact Center On-Premise or SaaS domain, Charging & Billing system and Contact Center, being familiar with European market;
- Have certain industry influence in the BSS/Charging & Billing SaaS or On-Premise, Contact Center SaaS, have constructed sales channel, such as good connection with Carriers, MVNOs and small and medium-sized enterprises;
- Strong communication skills with customers CXO level. Have a strong sense of software on-premise or SaaS market development. Be able to communicate with customers proficiently in English or local languages, be able to accept cross-border business trips in Europe;
- Good understanding of customer requirements, be able to deeply understand and analyze customer requirements, strong goal-oriented, good teamwork awareness, and project management capabilities;
- Professional knowledge requirements:
a) Familiar with Cloud Native architecture;
b) Familiar with BSS/Charging & Billing/Contact Center system capabilities;
c) Have many years of sales experience with Carriers, MVNOs, enterprise customers;
d) Deep market insights in BSS/Charging & Billing/Contact Center;
e) 10+ years experience in BSS BSS/Charging & Billing/Contact Center is preferred;
