In this role, you will manage finance processes in a newly established Shared Service Center. Drive and develop the end-to-end finance functions covering the following processes: Master Data, Accounts Payable, Payments, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and reporting.

Your will focus on:

• Leading a team of approx. 70 finance professionals
• Participating in the transition of finance processes from European entities to Hungary
• Ensuring integration of the finance process model into SAP
• Managing the functional processes in the SSC: appling leading practices in finance; process harmonization, standardization, and future improvements.
• Presenting future strategies for stakeholders
• Coaching, mentoring, and motivating team members
• Engaging in collaboration with the business and stakeholders to develop a professional relationship
