Your tasks will be:

  • Enter, process and review customer orders within datatbase
  • Handle incoming calls and emails from customers
  • Follow up orders
  • Arrange delivery
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure the accurate delivery of products
  • Resolve potential customer queries
