Your role will encompass:

  • Leading the transition and enhancement of accounting processes
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations spanning:
  • Invoice verification and processing
  • Outgoing payment processing
  • Reclaims & corrections
  • AP Closing and periodic activities
  • Application of cash remittances and credits/adjustments
  • Scheduling, verifying, and reviewing payment runs
  • Conducting reconciliations & generating insightful reports, including cash flow forecasts

What makes you the best candidate:

  • 2+ years of experience in accounting (primarily AP)
  • Very good understanding of the accounting processes
  • Transition experience is beneficial
  • Fluent English and German language skills
